We are very excited to announce Youngsville on Ice, a Winter Wonderland experience never seen in Lafayette Parish!

Youngsville on Ice is the premier destination for family-friendly holiday fun featuring a state-of-the-art Ice Skating Rink, Live Bands, Food Trucks, Kids Activities, and a Shopping Alley featuring over 40 local vendors!

Youngsville on Ice is open November 25, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Please see the hours of operations below:

NOV 25TH - DEC 19TH
Monday-Thursday:3pm-9pm
Friday-Sunday:10am-10pm

DEC 20TH - DEC 31ST
Monday-Thursday:10AM -9pm
Friday-Sunday: 10am-10pm

Holiday Hours:
Christmas Eve (Sunday):10am-7pm
Christmas Day (Monday):CLOSED
New Years Eve (Sunday):10am-6pm (Private Event until 1am)

SE Team will email you with Registration Confirmation email upon approval.

SE Team will send you an invoice to pay your Registration Fee online if your application is approved.

*** This is a Vendor Application. Submitting this application does not guarantee you a spot as a vendor. Unfortunately, we cannot accept everyone who applies as we are limited on the amount of vendors we can accept for this event.

Approved applications for this event will require a Registration Fee of $500.00 due by 11/20/2023.

Vendor Regulations and processes:

No Beverage sales allowed

No Alcohol sales allowed

No Food Trucks

Dessert vendors are encouraged to apply

Food-based vendors only if approved by SE
-
No Portable fans, A/Cs, or heaters allowed
-
No loud generators allowed
-
Vendors will receive instructions from the SE Team a minimum of 10 days prior to the event
